ASFL started with one teenager wanting to make a difference, and we feel it is our responsibility to empower others to do the same. If you have been impacted by cancer, or if you want to bring ASFL to your community through a local event, please fill out this form.

For 5 applicants per year A Shot For Life will match your cancer research fundraising total up to $5,000, to the cancer research lab of your choice. While funding brain cancer research is the focus of our organization through our large grants, the ASFL community grants can be for any type of cancer.

What ASFL will provide:

• A fundraising platform
• A matching donation up to $5,000
• Advice and Guidance from experience fundraising professionals
• Access to order ASFL gear to sell/raffle/use as a fundraising incentive
• An inside track to become a future ASFL intern

Requirements:

• All donations must be processed through A Shot For LifeAll applicants must fill out the form
• The event must be branded as an A Shot For Life event
• All necessary permissions and permits must be obtained by the applicant before submitted the form.
